Requesting a Leave
To request a Medical, Family, Parental, Critical Caregiving, Military, Military Exigency, Servicemember Care, or Personal Leave, contact MetLife at 1-866-549-2320, or online at metlife.com/mybenefits.
First-time users requesting a leave online will need to establish a username and password by following the prompts on the page.
To request a Job Search Leave, the manager or employee can initiate the request in Workday.
