Signing on to Wells Fargo Workday

Use Teamworks at Home authentication processes when you sign onto Workday. Sign on to Workday based on your employment status using the appropriate links below.

Active employees and employees on Leave of Absence with system access: Use your Wells Fargo email for your username and your AD-ENT/LAN password to access Workday.

Note: To obtain W2s, Pay Vouchers, and 1095-C documents created for 2021 and earlier years, sign on to the Wells Fargo network to access HR Tools (Legacy).

Workday

Norwest Venture Partners and Norwest Equity Partners: Use your full Wells Fargo email address* for your username and your AD-ENT/LAN password to access Workday.

Select the link to sign on to Workday.

*If you don’t have a Wells Fargo email address, use your AD-ENT/LAN ID plus @wellsfargo.com for your username (for example, if your AD-ENT/LAN ID is u123456, your username would be: u123456@wellsfargo.com).

Employees on a Leave of Absence without system access: Use your personal email address for your username and the password you set upon receiving the Okta activation email.

Select the link to sign on to Workday.

To successfully sign on while on leave, your personal email address must be captured in Workday in order to receive the Okta activation email. If you did not update your personal email before going on leave, call 1-877-HRWELLS (1-877-479-3557), options 2, 1, 1 to ensure it’s on file.

Workday
Former employees: Use your Wells Fargo Employee ID number (with no leading zeros) for your username and the password sent to your personal email address to access Workday.

Select the link to sign on to Workday.

Former employees will be able to access Workday for 18 months post termination to view payslips for January 2022 and beyond.
